Buying coffee online
- Where can I buy specialty coffee beans online in the UK?
- You can buy RAND specialty coffee beans at randcoffeeroastery.com with delivery anywhere in the UK. We roast every coffee ourselves in small batches at our roastery in Leeds and ship within 48 hours of the roast, so beans reach you days from roasting rather than months. The range covers 13 single origins, the RAND House Blend, and a decaf.
- How much does RAND coffee cost?
- Every coffee costs the same by size: 200g is £8.95, 500g is £17.95, and 1kg is £28.95. Kenya comes in 200g only. Subscriptions take up to 10% off those prices.
- Can I buy ground coffee, or only whole beans?
- Both. Choose whole bean, or have us grind it for espresso, French press or cafetière, V60, Chemex, AeroPress, or a stovetop moka pot. Whole bean keeps its flavour longest if you have a grinder at home.
- How much is delivery?
- UK standard delivery is £3.99, and free on orders over £30. We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
- Can I return an order?
- Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. Email contact@randcoffeeroastery.com to start a return, and see our refund policy for the details.

Freshness and roasting
- How fresh is RAND's coffee when it ships?
- We roast daily in small batches and ship within 48 hours of the roast. Nothing sits in a warehouse. The roast date is days old when the bag arrives, which is when specialty coffee tastes its best.
- Does RAND roast its own coffee?
- Yes. We have roasted our own coffee since 2020, at our roastery in Roundhay, Leeds. We source the green coffee direct, cup each lot before roasting and again three days after, and adjust the roast until the cup tastes the way it should.
- Which coffees does RAND roast?
- Thirteen single origins (Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Nicaragua, Papua New Guinea, Peru, and Vietnam) and two blends: the RAND House Blend, built from Brazil, Ethiopia, and Vietnam, and the RAND Decaf Blend.

Subscriptions
- What coffee subscription options does RAND offer?
- Choose any coffee, any size, and any grind, then pick how often it arrives. The more often it arrives, the more you save: weekly saves 10%, every two weeks saves 7.5%, monthly saves 5%, and every two months is charged at the standard price. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time.
- What is the best coffee subscription in the UK?
- The best coffee subscription is the one that gets freshly roasted beans to you on your schedule without locking you in. RAND's subscription ships coffee within 48 hours of roasting, saves up to 10% per bag, and lets you pause, skip, or cancel whenever you like.

Our shops in Leeds
- Where can I get specialty coffee in Leeds?
- RAND has three specialty coffee shops in Leeds: Roundhay at 90 Street Lane (LS8 2AL), which is also our roastery; Leeds University at 28 Blenheim Terrace (LS2 9HD); and Leeds City Centre at 81 Great George Street (LS1 3BR). All three are open 7am to 6pm, every day.
- Can I buy RAND beans in the shops?
- Yes. All three Leeds shops sell whole and ground beans to take home, from the same roasts we ship online.

Wholesale and business
- Does RAND supply coffee to cafés and offices?
- Yes. We supply cafés, kitchens, and offices across the UK. Most accounts start at around 10kg a week, and standard lead time is 3 to 4 working days. Enquire through our wholesale page.
